Return Policy

Mzlizzys Lingerie return policy is:  No returns, no refunds.  Due to the intimate nature of the merchandise sold and guarantee of high-quality items, we provide our customers with brand new unused, unreturned merchandise.  A Return Merchandise Authorization, or RMA, can be requested via the Contact page due to a manufacturer's defect within 10 days of purchase.
